My Top Meditations
Meeting Your Spirit Guide meditation. This video is my go to when I need to regroup as life gets hectic, some people prefer to use meditations that aren't guided and others prefer to simply be in silence, whatever works for you is great but if you are someone that prefers a guided meditation and want to spend time connecting/finding your spirit guide this is a great meditation.
Jason Stephenson has some really great meditations on his YouTube channel and I would definitely recommend taking a look.
Colette Baron Reid has some really lovely and quick meditations for manifesting, forgiveness, healing, so many other things and downloading her app is something I'm so pleased I did as I can use these quick meditations whenever I have a spare 10 minutes or so wherever I am. Also you should follow her on Instagram as she does amazing weekly Oracle Readings and they are spot on!
People I follow
As mentioned above I follow Jason Stephenson(YouTube Channel link above), Colette Baron Reid.
Tess Whitehurst is a lady I have followed a lot recently and always feel inspried by her vlogs and blog posts. She does card readings and also has a great light, positivity about her that can radiate and rub off. Everything is done from a really good place full of love and light and I just love watching her videos.
I also really like Victor Oddo and have found his content to be really useful.
These are just a few of my personal recommendations but different people will gel with different people, so it's about flicking through youtube, where there is a massive amount of content with all types of characters until you find one that resonates with you.
Tarot and Oracle Cards
My first deck of tarot cards was The Original Rider Waite Tarot Deck* This deck is an original design and so really good even for beginners, I would recommend really taking the time to make yourself comfortable with this and any deck. Get familar with each card and look at the details in the pictures, the hidden messages. What draws your eye to it? What does that make you think of or feel? Once you are used to this deck most other tarot decks are then much easier to understand and use because although tarot decks can vary massively most follow a similar theme.
Colette Baron Reid is such a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things spirit! She has a wonderful story of how it all came to be for her and I can resonate with this. I own a few of her card decks and have taken part in some of her courses and can't recommend her enough for anyone even remotely interested in anything spiritual. She is a best selling author, has her own tv show a super useful app with lots of great tools and is just a genuinely warming woman who just wants to help others connect with their highest self. I use four of her decks. One tarot deck The good tarot* and a slightly different deck which is Postcards from spirit*. These postcards a little messages on a postcard from spirit that are particularly good when you may need inspiration, encouragement or support from your loved ones in spirit and your spirit team. I also have some of her Oracle decks which I can't recommend highly enough! The first is The Enchanted Map this deck is a really good allrounder and works particularly, but not a necessity well once you have read Colette's book The Enchanted Map which I'm not sure is still available on Amazon but if you can find a copy it is definitely worth a read. The next Oracle deck I have is The Spirit Animal Oracle: A 68-Card Deck and Guidebook. For my birthday my friends have bought me the latest Oracle cards released by Colette and these are Goddess Power Oracle: Deck and Guidebook deck, I haven't actually received these yet but if her previous decks are anything to go by I know they will resonate beautifully with me and I already like the look of them from following Colette's weekly online universal readings.
I pull between one and three cards from Oracle decks for guidance, insight or encouragement, my first two decks were; The Ask Your Guides Oracle Cards* and The Spirit Messages Daily Guidance Oracle Deck: A 50-Card Deck and Guidebook*. These cards are so easy to understand and always speak beautifully if I need clear understanding or guidance in a situation.
